WHY I'M RUNNING
I am running for Assembly because our community needs a fighter for our rights, protections, and values. During the COVID-19 pandemic, we have needed a leader in Sacramento who's fighting tirelessly for our community, which is what I have been doing on the ground in the 68th District.
I believe that we should protect lives and limit the number of people who are infected by the coronavirus, even if that means taking longer to open up the economy. That is why I’ve fought to require that everyone wear face coverings while in public and impose a moratorium on evictions during the pandemic in Irvine. I've also distributed masks, food, and supplies to those in need, created a safe way to keep our farmers market open, and conducted wellness checks on our seniors.
I will be a leader in the Assembly who will uplift working families as we navigate through this unprecedented time. I hope you will join me.
